Hourly Consultation and Walk Thru

We recommend a detailed consultation and walk thru of your property.  Starting curbside, we will take a detailed look at your home from the buyer’s eyes.  We will discuss small changes that can make a huge impact in captivating a buyer’s interest.  This initial visit will usually take approximately 2 hours depending on the size of your home. $150

The “Top Ten” Priority Report(Do It Yourself Guide)

This report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction for those Do It Yourself Clients. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. The cost for this report will be $195.

Home Staging Packages

The fee for these services will be an all-inclusive flat fee.  A proposal will be provided after the consultation.

½ Day Home Staging OR Interior Redesign –The Divine Auditions consultants will be working from our 8-step action plan we began in our consultation to make dramatic transformations. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase.  We will spend 3 – 4 hours transforming your home for effectiveness. For homes that range from approximately 2000 sq. ft. or less $400 (add an additional $100 for each additional 1000 sq. ft) to make your home show ready. If you wish to rent the accessories, their will be an additional fee based on the items used for your particular home, or you may purchase the items for your new home.

Full-Day Staging –  This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise.  We will spend 6 – 8 hours making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. For homes that range from approximately 2000 sq. ft. or less $699 (add $100 for each additional 1000 sq. ft)

New Listing or Open House Staging – This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR to hold an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  We will spend two – four full days (depending on size of your home) prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed! $895 for 2000 sq. ft. or less (add $100 for each additional 1000 sq. ft.)

Move-In Simplicity – Moving day is here. Where do I put my furniture? Will the bed fit? Where will the armoire go? How will I make my old furniture work in this new home? Divine Auditions redesign services makes this simple for you. We will provide drawings of your new home prior to your move with the exact layout of your furniture. We will also be there to meet the movers on moving day and tell them exactly where everything goes. Let Divine Auditions take the stress out of moving day for you. We will make your
process simple, save you time, and save you money by pre-determining where your
furniture should go. Then once you have settled in, we will come back and hang your pictures and place your accessories.

Shopping Service – We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” off of what we purchase for you $35 per hour.
